ส่วนที่ ๕ การสงเคราะห์
(๑) ไม่เป็นบุคคลซึ่งทางราชการหรือรัฐวิสาหกิจหรือหน่วยงานอื่นของรัฐไล่ออก ให้ออก หรือเลิกจ้างเพราะทุจริตต่อหน้าที่
(๒) ไม่เป็นผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมือง หรือกรรมการ ที่ปรึกษา และเจ้าหน้าที่ของพรรคการเมือง
