ข้าราชการพลเรือนสามัญผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามจรรยาข้าราชการอันมิใช่เป็นความผิดวินัย ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาตักเตือน นำไปประกอบการพิจารณาแต่งตั้งเลื่อนเงินเดือน หรือสั่งให้ข้าราชการผู้นั้นได้รับการพัฒนา
