(๓) นายกรัฐมนตรีให้ออกเพราะบกพร่องต่อหน้าที่ มีความประพฤติเสื่อมเสีย หรือหย่อนความสามารถ
(๔) ขาดคุณสมบัติและมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๒
