ส่วนที่ ๑ สภาเด็กและเยาวชน
(๑) มีอายุไม่เกินยี่สิบห้าปี
(๒) ไม่เป็นผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งในทางการเมือง กรรมการหรือผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งที่รับผิดชอบในการบริหารพรรคการเมือง ที่ปรึกษาพรรคการเมือง เจ้าหน้าที่พรรคการเมือง สมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่นหรือผู้บริหารท้องถิ่น
