ส่วนที่ ๑ สัญญาก่อตั้งทรัสต์
(๑) ชื่อผู้ก่อตั้งทรัสต์และทรัสตี
(๒) ผู้รับประโยชน์ โดยการระบุชื่อ หรือคุณสมบัติ หรือลักษณะที่แสดงให้เห็นว่าบุคคลหนึ่งบุคคลใดเป็นผู้รับประโยชน์ก็ได้
(๓) วัตถุประสงค์ของทรัสต์
(๔) ทรัพย์สินที่จะให้เป็นกองทรัสต์
