ส่วนที่ ๒ ผลของการก่อตั้งทรัสต์

ในกรณีที่ผู้ก่อตั้งทรัสต์ ทรัสตี หรือผู้รับประโยชน์ตาย ล้มละลาย เลิกกิจการ หรือสิ้นสุดความเป็นบุคคลตามกฎหมาย หรือเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทรัสตีย่อมไม่กระทบต่อทรัสต์ที่ได้ก่อตั้งขึ้นแล้ว เว้นแต่สัญญาก่อตั้งทรัสต์จะกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
