หมวด ๗ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่

หากจำเป็นต้องได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อใช้ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ดำเนินการร้องขอต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลดังกล่าว และให้ถือว่าข้อมูลคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ได้มานั้นใช้เป็นพยานหลักฐานในการดำเนินการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ได้
