หมวด ๒ วิธีระงับข้อพิพาทแรงงาน

เมื่อมีข้อพิพาทแรงงานที่ตกลงกันไม่ได้ตามมาตรา ๒๒ วรรคสาม นายจ้างและลูกจ้างอาจตกลงกันตั้งผู้ชี้ขาดข้อพิพาทแรงงานคนหนึ่งหรือหลายคนเพื่อชี้ขาดข้อพิพาทแรงงานนั้นได้
