หมวด ๔ คณะกรรมการแรงงานสัมพันธ์
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) รัฐมนตรีให้ออก
(๔) พ้นจากตำแหน่งโดยการจับสลากตามมาตรา ๓๘ วรรคหนึ่ง (๕) เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย
(๖) เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถหรือเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ หรือ (๗) ได้รับโทษจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก
