หมวด ๖ สมาคมนายจ้าง

การขอจดทะเบียนสมาคมนายจ้างนั้น ให้นายจ้างผู้มีสิทธิจัดตั้งสมาคมนายจ้างจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่าสามคนเป็นผู้เริ่มก่อการ ยื่นคำขอเป็นหนังสือต่อนายทะเบียน พร้อมด้วยร่างข้อบังคับของสมาคมนายจ้างอย่างน้อยสามฉบับ คำขอนั้น ต้องระบุชื่อ อายุ อาชีพหรือวิชาชีพและที่อยู่ของผู้เริ่มก่อการทุกคน
