(๓) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๒๒ (๔) ขาดการประชุมคณะกรรมการเกินสามครั้งติดต่อกันโดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร
(๕) สัญญาจ้างสิ้นสุด
(๖) ถูกเลิกสัญญาจ้าง
