หมวด ๓/๑ มาตรการป้องกันการทุจริตในภาครัฐ

ในกรณีที่คณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ท. หรือสำนักงานพบว่าการดำเนินโครงการใดมีการกำหนดวงเงินสูงเกินที่เป็นจริงหรือไม่คุ้มค่า ให้แจ้งให้สำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินเพื่อดำเนินการตามอำนาจหน้าที่ต่อไป
