(๓) นายกรัฐมนตรีให้ออก เพราะบกพร่องต่อหน้าที่ มีความประพฤติเสื่อมเสีย หรือหย่อนความสามารถ
(๔) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๖
