หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

ในกรณีที่ผู้ประกันตนมีสิทธิได้รับเงินทดแทนการขาดรายได้ตามมาตรา ๖๔ และมาตรา ๗๑ ในช่วงเวลาเดียวกัน ให้มีสิทธิขอรับเงินทดแทนการขาดรายได้เพียงประเภทเดียว โดยให้แสดงความจำนงตามแบบที่เลขาธิการกำหนด
