ลักษณะ ๖ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดขัดขวางหรือไม่อำนวยความสะดวกตามสมควรแก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ในการปฏิบัติการตามมาตรา ๘๐ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
