ส่วนที่ ๒ การเงิน การบัญชี และการสอบบัญชี

ผู้สอบบัญชีต้องตรวจสอบและแสดงความเห็นต่องบการเงินของสถาบัน และจัดทำรายงานผลการสอบบัญชีและการเงินเสนอต่อสถาบันภายในหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีบัญชี ให้สถาบันประกาศงบการเงินที่ผู้สอบบัญชีตรวจสอบและแสดงความเห็นแล้วตามวรรคหนึ่งในราชกิจจานุเบกษาภายในหนึ่งร้อยห้าสิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีบัญชี
