หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

ผู้ใดแจ้งแก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่หรือพนักงานฝ่ายปกครองหรือตำรวจให้ทราบว่ามีการกระทำความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ถ้าได้กระทำโดยสุจริตย่อมได้รับความคุ้มครองไม่ต้องรับผิดทั้งทางแพ่งและทางอาญา
