หมวด ๖ บทกำหนดโทษ
(๑) รับอันตรายสาหัส หรือเป็นโรคร้ายแรงซึ่งอาจเป็นอันตรายต่อชีวิตต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่แปดปีถึงยี่สิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่แปดแสนบาทถึงสองล้านบาท หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต
(๒) ถึงแก่ความตาย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตลอดชีวิต หรือประหารชีวิต
