สถานศึกษาใดมีความประสงค์จะขอใช้เครื่องแบบนักเรียนเป็นอย่างอื่นนอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดตามมาตรา ๕ วรรคสอง ให้ยื่นคำขออนุญาตต่อกระทรวงศึกษาธิการตามระเบียบที่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการกำหนด
