บทเฉพาะกาล

ในระหว่างที่ศาลแรงงานภาคและศาลแรงงานจังหวัดยังมิได้เปิดทำการในท้องที่ใด ให้ศาลแรงงานกลางมีเขตอำนาจในท้องที่นั้นด้วย โจทก์จะยื่นคำฟ้องต่อศาลจังหวัดแห่งท้องที่นั้นก็ได้ ให้ศาลจังหวัดแจ้งไปยังศาลแรงงานกลาง เมื่อศาลแรงงานกลางสั่งรับคดีนั้นไว้พิจารณาแล้ว ให้ศาลแรงงานกลางออกไปนั่งพิจารณาพิพากษา ณ ศาลจังหวัดแห่งท้องที่นั้น
