หมวด ๒ การกำหนดมาตรฐาน

ในกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นเร่งด่วนเพื่อสวัสดิภาพของประชาชน ความมั่นคงของประเทศ หรือเพื่อประโยชน์ในทางเศรษฐกิจ คณะกรรมการอาจเสนอรัฐมนตรีเพื่อออกกฎกระทรวงกำหนดให้สินค้าเกษตรใดอยู่ภายใต้มาตรฐานบังคับโดยไม่ต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๑๘ ก็ได้
