Section 24 พระราชบัญญัติพัฒนาที่ดิน พ.ศ. 2551

ให้คณะกรรมการพัฒนาที่ดินตามพระราชบัญญัติพัฒนาที่ดิน พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๖ ซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับปฏิบัติหน้าที่ไปพลางก่อนจนกว่าจะได้มีการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการพัฒนาที่ดินตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ ให้ดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายในหกสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
