หมวด ๔ การตรวจสอบสถาบันการเงิน

เพื่อให้สถาบันการเงินมีระบบการบริหารจัดการที่ดี ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยมีอำนาจประกาศกำหนดให้สถาบันการเงินจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการชุดต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนมีอำนาจกำหนดองค์ประกอบ คุณสมบัติ และอำนาจหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการ
