หมวด ๒ ภารกิจการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในราชอาณาจักร

ในการใช้อำนาจของ กอ.รมน. ตามมาตรา ๑๖ (๑) ถ้าก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ประชาชนผู้สุจริต ให้ กอ.รมน. จัดให้ผู้นั้นได้รับการชดเชยค่าเสียหายตามควรแก่กรณีตามหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขที่คณะรัฐมนตรีกำหนด
