ส่วนที่ ๓ การฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ

ให้หน่วยงานของรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องดำเนินการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพของผู้ป่วยที่ผ่านการบำบัดรักษาให้สามารถใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในสังคมได้อย่างปกติสุข รวมทั้งสนับสนุนให้ผู้ป่วย ญาติของผู้ป่วย ชุมชน และภาคเอกชน มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการดังกล่าวด้วย การดำเนินการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพของผู้ป่วย ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่คณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนด
