บทเฉพาะกาล
(๓) และอธิบดี และให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่คณะกรรมการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ไปพลางก่อนจนกว่าจะมีกรรมการตามมาตรา ๕ (๔) และ (๕) ซึ่งต้องไม่เกินหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวัน นับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
