ให้ที่ประชุมในระดับจังหวัดของสภาองค์กรชุมชนตำบลเลือกกันเองเป็นประธานที่ประชุมคนหนึ่งและรองประธานที่ประชุมคนหนึ่ง ให้นำความในมาตรา ๒๐ มาใช้บังคับกับการประชุมในระดับจังหวัดของสภาองค์กรชุมชนตำบลด้วยโดยอนุโลม
