หมวด ๒ ธุรกิจนำเที่ยว

ผู้ขอรับใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๑๖ และมาตรา ๑๗ ต้องวางหลักประกันเป็นเงินสดหรือหนังสือค้ำประกันของธนาคารต่อนายทะเบียนเพื่อเป็นหลักประกันการปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ ตามจำนวนเงินที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
