หมวด ๒ ธุรกิจนำเที่ยว
(๑) ตายหรือสิ้นสุดความเป็นนิติบุคคล (๑/๑) ไม่ได้รับการต่ออายุใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวตามมาตรา ๒๒/๑ (๒) เลิกประกอบกิจการตามมาตรา ๓๘ หรือ (๓) ถูกเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวตามมาตรา ๔๖
