หมวด ๔ ผู้นำเที่ยว

เมื่อนายทะเบียนมีคำสั่งห้ามปฏิบัติหน้าที่หรือสั่งเพิกถอนการจดทะเบียนตามมาตรา ๖๗ ให้นายทะเบียนแจ้งให้กรมทราบ และให้กรมแจ้งเวียนชื่อบุคคลดังกล่าวให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวทราบ ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
