ให้ผู้มีเหรียญกษาปณ์ตามข้อ ๑ นำเหรียญกษาปณ์ที่ถอนคืนมาแลกเปลี่ยนกับธนบัตรหรือเหรียญกษาปณ์อื่นต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ณ สำนักบริหารเงินตรา กรมธนารักษ์ สำนักงานคลังจังหวัด สำนักงานคลังอำเภอ ศาลาธนารักษ์ ๑ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ หรือศาลาธนารักษ์ ๒ จังหวัดสงขลา ภายในสองปีนับแต่วันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ
