หมวด ๓ การดำเนินการส่งผู้ร้ายข้ามแดน

หากไม่มีการส่งผู้ร้ายข้ามแดนให้แก่ประเทศผู้ร้องขอ ให้ผู้ประสานงานกลางพิจารณาแจ้งให้เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้มีอำนาจทราบเพื่อดำเนินคดีอาญาต่อบุคคลซึ่งถูกร้องขอให้ส่งข้ามแดนนั้นตามกฎหมายไทยต่อไป
