(๓) รัฐมนตรีให้ออก เพราะบกพร่องต่อหน้าที่ มีความประพฤติเสื่อมเสียหรือหย่อนความสามารถ
(๔) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๐
