หมวด ๓ การประกอบกิจการภาพยนตร์

ผู้รับอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๒๐ ต้องดำเนินการสร้างภาพยนตร์ตามบทภาพยนตร์และเค้าโครงตลอดจนเงื่อนไขที่ได้รับอนุญาต โดยคำนึงถึงฉากที่ถ่ายทำ บทสนทนา และสถานที่ถ่ายทำเพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ สภาพสังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม
