หมวด ๓ การประกอบกิจการภาพยนตร์

ให้นายทะเบียนกลางเก็บสำเนาภาพยนตร์ที่ได้รับอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๒๕ ไว้เพื่อใช้ในการตรวจสอบหนึ่งชุด ให้นายทะเบียนกลางส่งสำเนาภาพยนตร์ที่หมดความจำเป็นต้องใช้ในการตรวจสอบให้หอภาพยนตร์แห่งชาติเพื่อเก็บรักษาไว้ เพื่อประโยชน์ในการเก็บรักษา สำเนาภาพยนตร์จะจัดทำในรูปของวัสดุใดก็ได้
