หมวด ๓ การประกอบกิจการภาพยนตร์

ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๓๗ แจ้งประเภทของภาพยนตร์ที่นำออกฉายแต่ละเรื่องไว้ในที่เปิดเผยและเห็นได้ชัดเจนในบริเวณโรงภาพยนตร์ ห้ามผู้รับใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๓๗ ยินยอมหรือปล่อยปละละเลยให้ผู้ซึ่งมีอายุต่ำกว่าที่กำหนดตามมาตรา ๒๖ (๖) เข้าไปในโรงภาพยนตร์ในระหว่างที่ทำการฉายภาพยนตร์ที่จัดอยู่ในประเภทดังกล่าว
