หมวด ๔ การประกอบกิจการวีดิทัศน์

วีดิทัศน์ที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๕๓ หรือมาตรา ๕๔ จะมีไว้ในสถานที่ประกอบกิจการของตนเพื่อนำออกฉาย ให้เช่า แลกเปลี่ยน หรือจำหน่ายจะต้องมีลักษณะเช่นเดียวกับวีดิทัศน์ที่ผ่านการตรวจพิจารณาและได้รับอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๔๗ และมีการแสดงเครื่องหมายการอนุญาตและหมายเลขรหัสเช่นเดียวกับมาตรา ๓๑ ซึ่งนำมาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลมตามมาตรา ๕๑
