หมวด ๖ การควบคุมเครื่องมือแพทย์
(๑) เครื่องมือแพทย์ปลอม
(๒) เครื่องมือแพทย์ผิดมาตรฐาน
(๓) เครื่องมือแพทย์เสื่อมคุณภาพ
(๔) เครื่องมือแพทย์ที่ไม่ปลอดภัยในการใช้
(๕) เครื่องมือแพทย์ที่ผลิตหรือนำเข้าไม่ตรงตามที่ได้รับอนุญาต แจ้งรายการละเอียด หรือจดแจ้ง
(๖) เครื่องมือแพทย์ที่ใบอนุญาตหรือใบรับแจ้งรายการละเอียดถูกเพิกถอนตามมาตรา ๗๐ หรือใบรับจดแจ้งถูกยกเลิกตามมาตรา ๗๐/๑
