ให้มีคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมมหาวิทยาลัยคณะหนึ่ง มีหน้าที่ให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษาแก่มหาวิทยาลัย สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการดำเนินกิจการของมหาวิทยาลัย องค์ประกอบ คุณสมบัติ หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการแต่งตั้ง วาระการดำรงตำแหน่งและการพ้นจากตำแหน่งของกรรมการ ตลอดจนการประชุมของคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมมหาวิทยาลัยให้เป็นไปตามข้อบังคับของมหาวิทยาลัย
