หมวด ๔ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
(๑) มีสัญชาติไทย
(๒) อายุไม่ต่ำกว่าสามสิบห้าปีแต่ไม่เกินหกสิบปี
(๓) เป็นผู้มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และประสบการณ์ในด้านที่เกี่ยวกับภารกิจของสำนักงานและการบริหารจัดการ
