หมวด ๑ คณะกรรมการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค

คณะกรรมการและคณะกรรมการเฉพาะเรื่องมีอำนาจสั่งให้บุคคลหนึ่งบุคคลใดส่งเอกสารหรือข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับเรื่องที่มีผู้ร้องทุกข์หรือเรื่องอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองสิทธิของผู้บริโภคมาพิจารณาได้ ในการนี้จะเรียกบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องมาชี้แจงด้วยก็ได้
