ส่วนที่ ๑/๑การคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในด้านความปลอดภัย

เมื่อผู้ประกอบธุรกิจได้ดำเนินการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือปรับปรุงวิธีการให้บริการไม่ให้เป็นอันตรายแก่ผู้บริโภคตามมาตรา ๒๙/๑๓ แล้ว ให้รายงานต่อคณะกรรมการว่าด้วยความปลอดภัยเพื่อตรวจสอบ และให้นำความในมาตรา ๒๙/๑๒ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
