หมวด ๔ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดโฆษณาโดยใช้ข้อความตามมาตรา ๒๒ วรรคสอง (๓) หรือ (๔) หรือข้อความตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงที่ออกตามมาตรา ๒๒ วรรคสอง (๕) หรือฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๒๓ มาตรา ๒๔ มาตรา ๒๕ หรือมาตรา ๒๖ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
