หมวด ๕ เหรียญลูกเสือ และการยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติ

ให้มีเหรียญลูกเสือสรรเสริญเป็นเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ไว้สำหรับพระราชทานแก่ลูกเสือและบุคลากรทางการลูกเสือผู้มีความดีความชอบตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๕๗
