หมวด ๕ เหรียญลูกเสือ และการยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติ

ให้มีเหรียญลูกเสือสดุดีเป็นเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ ไว้สำหรับพระราชทานแก่บุคลากรทางการลูกเสือและบุคคลอื่นบรรดาที่มีอุปการคุณต่อการลูกเสือถึงขนาด หรือที่ได้อุทิศกำลังกายหรือกำลังความคิดในการประกอบกิจการให้บังเกิดคุณประโยชน์แก่การลูกเสือตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๖๐
