หมวด ๑ คณะกรรมการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน
(๑) มีสัญชาติไทย
(๒) อายุไม่ต่ำกว่าสามสิบห้าปีบริบูรณ์และไม่เกินเจ็ดสิบปีบริบูรณ์
(๓) ไม่เคยถูกลงโทษจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก เว้นแต่เป็นโทษสำหรับความผิดที่ได้กระทำโดยประมาทหรือความผิดลหุโทษ
