ส่วนที่ ๑ การฟ้องคดี

ในกรณีที่ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจจะฟ้องผู้บริโภคเป็นคดีผู้บริโภคและผู้ประกอบธุรกิจมีสิทธิเสนอคำฟ้องต่อศาลที่ผู้บริโภคมีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในเขตศาลหรือต่อศาลอื่นได้ด้วย ให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจเสนอคำฟ้องต่อศาลที่ผู้บริโภคมีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในเขตศาลได้เพียงแห่งเดียว
