หมวด ๕ วิธีการชั่วคราวก่อนพิพากษา

ให้ศาลแจ้งคำสั่งอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๕๗ ให้ผู้ที่จะถูกฟ้องเป็นจำเลยทราบโดยไม่ชักช้า คำสั่งศาลตามวรรคหนึ่งนั้นให้มีผลบังคับแก่ผู้ที่จะถูกฟ้องเป็นจำเลยได้ทันที
