ใบอนุญาตให้ซ่อมแซมเลื่อยโซ่ยนต์เป็นธุรกิจเพื่อสินจ้างให้มีอายุตลอดเวลาที่ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตดำเนินกิจการซ่อมแซมเลื่อยโซ่ยนต์ตามใบอนุญาตนั้น และไม่ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามข้อ ๒
