ผู้ใดได้มาซึ่งที่ดินในฐานะเป็นตัวแทนของคนต่างด้าว หรือนิติบุคคลตามความในมาตรา ๙๗ หรือมาตรา ๙๘ มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือทั้งปรับทั้งจำ
